The most important part of your website is its content, a large amount of your content will be composed of posts, here is how you make a post

I already wrote the article

1. Log in to your administration page. ie. “http://yourUrl.com/wp-admin”
2. Click Write
3. Open your article, and copy its contents then paste them into the large Post textbox
4. Write a Title for your article in the Title textbox.
5. Select the Categories you want your post to be in.
6. Click the Publish button
